Market Extra: International stocks may be ripe for higher returns than the U.S. but analysts are split on whether to chase the rally 


Investors are taking money out of U.S. equities to add to their exposure in international stock markets, betting European and emerging markets could benefit from a weaker dollar.

U.S. stocks have staged an impressive rally to start the year, with the S&P 500 index SPX up nearly 5% so far in 2023, but they still lagged behind their peers in the rest-of-world.
